Quickie Training

Crossfit Bodyweight exercises designed for the busy person, 30 minute sessions jam packed full of fatburning exercises delivered by one of our Personal Trainers. Be it in your lunch hour or straight before or after work. We have showers and changerooms to assist you getting back to work feeling refreshed and energised. Only $60.00 per month , unlimited use of these training sessions only.
